We have a big trip coming up next week and we just discovered late this past Saturday afternoon that our air conditioner and fan were not working on our 2003 Minnie. We called Arlington as soon as we realized that we had a problem and spoke with John Debiasio.
We know it's an especially busy season for your service department, but John was able to fit us in quickly. Your fantastic service department fixed our problem and we had our RV back the next day. We want to thank John and your service team for another job well done.
We live in East Freetown, MA and there are plenty of RV dealer/service centers near us. This was probably one of the best vehicle purchase experiences that we have ever had. Tom Mulcahy had been working with us for some time trying to find us a unit. He went over and above to help us, including holding the RV until we could get there to see it. After purchase, he came in on his own time (twice). Our unit, which was a consignment, had major problems with the engine. Everyone worked diligently to find solutions and eventually were able to repair the one we had picked out.
Your service manager, Vinnie, should also be commended for his knowledge and professionalsim. My husband, who is usually disappointed with service departments, was very impressed and extremely pleased with Vinnie's knowledge and "straight - shooting" attitude. There was no "bullcrap". and even though we had to wait an additional 3 or 4 weeks, everyone did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would, and more.
All in all, you have a strong team, who seem to enjoy their jobs and helping each other out. If more people knew how you treated customers, they would not shop anywhere else. We would highly recommend Arlington RV.

In May of 2008, we traded in a 1999 28' Wildwood Camper for a 2009 31' Forest River Flagstaff. We have been extremely pleased with the entire Arlington RV staff, from Doug Olney in sales to Doug Mello upon delivery to John Debiasio in service and all the people at Arlington RV we have dealt with. Everyone has gone out of their way to assist us in every way.
This past summer a moisture problem in our camper causing the outside wall to wave became evident. We asked the service department to evaluate the problem. Immediately, service notified Forest River of the problem and without hesitation Forest River sent for our camper. Within a reasonable time, Forest River not only made extensive repairs, but also took the time to walk through the camper and repair or replace any obvious problems resulting from normal wear, all at no charge to us.
We are extremely pleased with Forest River for backing their product, and we are even more pleased with Arlington RV Supercenter for the dedicated staff they employ.

My husband and I dealt with Dave Cowen. From the initial visit, we were very comfortable and relaxed. We did not feel any pressure to buy at all. He readily answered any and all of our questions professionally.
We feel he went "above and beyond" in order to serve us. He afforded us his personal cell phone number, which when we called, never felt like we were bothering him. He even came in on his day off to show us other campers we were interested in seeing. He was always pleasant and courteous.
